DESCRIPTION | This course emphasises the development of academic literacy skills, in addition to developing students’ language proficiency. Students will learn how to find and evaluate sources for academic tasks and will further develop their abilities to be critical in reading and writing, to synthesise ideas and to develop coherent arguments. Collaboration and leadership skills will also be emphasised to further develop skills and habits for autonomous lifelong learning. |

She has worked as a bilingual language lecturer, teaching English and Chinese at universities in China, South Korea, and France. These cross-cultural experiences have refined her expertise in curriculum design and teaching skills to cater to the diverse needs of students. She has published papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals. Furthermore, she has served as the PI or Co-PI in several research projects. Zehan has coauthored three textbooks on Business Chinese. She has been the recipient of numerous honors, including the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students and the Honorary Certificate for Government-sponsored Chinese Teachers. |
